KTC Global Logistics Co., Ltd. respects your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
KTC Global Logistics Co., Ltd., company registration number 0105557174876 (“the Company”, “we”), is the data controller under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA) for data collected through ktclogistics.co.th and the contact channels linked from it.
This policy covers the website and service enquiries from customers, business partners and contacts. It does not cover employees or job applicants, who receive a separate notice. This policy is published in Thai, English and Chinese. If the versions differ, the Thai version prevails.

2. Data we collect
We collect only what we need to answer questions, quote and provide logistics services. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

The website has no forms that collect personal data.
We do not intend to collect sensitive data such as religion, health or biometric data. Please do not send such data by chat or email unless our staff request documents required by customs law.
Copies of ID cards or other documents that may contain sensitive data, such as religion or blood type, are used only as needed for customs clearance. You may mask any parts that are not relevant before sending.
If you give us personal data about other people, such as shippers, consignees or your employees, you confirm that you are entitled to do so and have informed them about this policy.
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use each type of data for the purposes and on the legal bases below, and not beyond what is stated.

If you do not provide data needed for shipping or customs clearance, we may be unable to provide the service. Rejecting analytics cookies does not affect your use of the website.
4. Cookies we use
The website uses only two categories of cookies. Analytics cookies run only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom left of every page, or click here.

If you reject or withdraw consent, the website does not load Google Analytics and deletes any existing _ga cookies. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Disclosure and international transfers
We disclose data only as necessary to the following recipients:
- Carriers and agents involved in your shipment, such as shipping lines, airlines, transport companies, destination agents and insurers, which may be located abroad depending on the route you choose
- Government agencies, courts or competent officials, such as the Customs Department, the Revenue Department and destination customs, as required by law or by a lawful order
- Technology providers acting on our behalf: our website hosting provider, Cloudflare (security and performance), Google (company email via Google Workspace, and Google Analytics with your consent), LY Corporation (LINE) and Meta (Messenger) when you choose to contact us through those channels
- Professional advisers, such as auditors and lawyers, who are bound by confidentiality
- Buyers or transferees of the business in a merger, sale or transfer of all or part of the business, who must protect the data in line with this policy
Some providers store data outside Thailand, for example in the United States, Japan and Singapore. We transfer data abroad when it is necessary to perform the shipping contract you requested, or when the recipient has adequate data protection standards, in accordance with sections 28–29 of the PDPA.
The website links to third-party services such as LINE, Facebook Messenger and Google Maps. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply. The Company does not control those services and is not responsible for them.
6. Retention
We keep data only as long as needed for its purpose or as required by law. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We may keep data longer if the law requires it, or if it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, for example during a dispute or legal proceedings.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights by contacting us through the channels in section 1. We will act within the period required by law and may ask you to verify your identity first.
- Access your data and obtain a copy
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Have your data deleted, destroyed or anonymised
- Restrict the use of your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Receive your data, or have it sent elsewhere, in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time; for cookies, use the “Cookie settings” button on the website. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it
- Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe we have not complied with the law
We may refuse a request where the law allows, for example where the law requires us to keep the data (customs, accounting or tax records), where the data is needed to establish or defend legal claims, or where a request is unreasonable or excessively repetitive. We will tell you why. Withdrawing consent or asking us to delete data needed for a service may mean we can no longer provide that service.
8. Security and changes to this policy
We use appropriate technical and organisational security measures and limit access to data to staff who need it for their work. However, no system on the internet is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the PDPC and you as required by law.
The Company may update this policy as appropriate. The latest version is published on this page and takes effect when published. If our use of cookies changes, the cookie banner will ask for your consent again.
