International Document Shipping Services
Company Profile
Send Documents Internationally Directly to the Recipient
Our international document shipping service is suitable for business documents, contracts, certificates, educational documents, and personal documents that need to be sent from Thailand directly to recipients overseas.
This service is for documents only. If the shipment contains products, samples, cards, equipment, or other items, please provide the details so our team can evaluate whether a separate parcel shipping service is required.
Types of Documents You Can Send
Documents that can be submitted for evaluation include business contracts, company registration documents, certificates, employment documents, educational documents, and letters of authorization.
For official documents, legal documents, or documents intended for use overseas, the sender should check whether certification, translation, or an Apostille is required before shipping. This service covers document transportation only and does not include certification or verification of document contents or accuracy.
Information Required Before Shipping
Provide the full name, address, telephone number, and email address of both the sender and recipient. For companies, include the company name, department, building, floor, and a contact person who can be reached.
Provide the Sender's and Recipient's Full Addresses
Specify the Type of Document
Weigh the Document Together with the Envelope
Provide the Date the Documents Will Be Ready
Documents should be placed in an appropriately sized envelope, securely sealed, and protected from unnecessary opening. The sender should keep a copy or scanned file before shipping, especially for documents that are difficult to replace.
Do not include cash, cheques, bank cards, identification cards, electronic devices, product samples, or other items inside the envelope without informing us, as these may not qualify for document shipping.
